Changing my banking institution. Layed off people... Brought in a indoor ATM. Every time I come in there is 8 people waiting for the one teller and 10 waiting for the ATM. No drive through. This bank is so bad. Waited for an entire hour for a notary.
For anyone looking for a new bank, Please avoid Chase if you can, they are bad and real bad here in Chino Valley! Hope my input helps...
They brought back the drive thru teller but before they did they would have one window open with a line of people waiting, it was a 20 minute wait. They go through managers often.
Putting it simply...I went into Chase bank to talk with the manager about an unwarranted OD charge to my Grandmothers account because she refused to talk to me on the phone when I called, told the worker on the phone to tell me she would return my call, yeah right well, we have been there before. When I walked into the bank and Stephanie saw me, she conferred with her other workers..they all turn to look at me..then she approaches me and says rather loudly.." I told you I would call you, I have a customer and do not have time for you, I will call you when I have investigated this". Well, I WAS a customer Stephanie..for the past 13 years! This female is rude to customers and should not be in the position she holds...They put Grandmas money back but I am still waiting for the refund on the card they talked me into paying for as that was all a lie as well! Promised I would get 200-300 back a year and guess what...62 cents for the month of September and they still have not credited me with it. LIES!
