For what we need and for Sunday opening, store is new and has young staff, need to do customer service training for employees but have nice selection for small location
The owner should know that the most frequent topic of conversation around here is hay. And we all talk to each other. All the policy changes, and price changes are just messing with us. I told two people about this today and they both said they had heard bad things about Pet Club and will stick to Olsens. We talk.
I missed the last load of alfalfa hay, so when I called this morning and they had a load in I was happy. Price had gone up from $10.99 to $12.50, but that is still doable. I asked about delivery and was told if I was within 4 miles of the store it is free (a few weeks ago, it was free in Chino Valley) but I am within four miles. So I hot footed it down there intending to spend $800. When I got there I was informed there was a 10 bale limit on the hay and NO delivery on sale hay. If I wanted delivery I would need to buy hay at the regular price.
I am sticking with Olsen's and Warren's where we are acknowledged walking in the door. I have been in here three times since opening and not one time has anyone said hello or asked if I needed help. About two weeks ago I went in for the last time. I was trying to find a new fly spray and three sales people were too busy talking amongst themselves to take the time to assist me. I will never go in again. I have also heard similar complaints from other friends and associates.
Like them pricing is ok better than Olsens used to go to one in Tolleson every y 1 bags WV you get a free one friendly staff
I will go back to Olsen's who have always treated me well.
I'm so glad I gave Pet Club another chance. It's nice to have choices in a little town.
I decided to give Pet Club 1 more chance since I found out they got a new manager in a couple of months ago. Wow what a difference. The whole store including, staff and the general atmosphere is so much more pleasent to shop in. Your greeted with a smile and every one is so eager to help you unlike before.
