I have stayed in a few other Days Inns previously and usually wasn't too impressed - paper thin walls and just kind of cheesy although the staff was usually OK.
We had a family reunion at the Phippen Museum (also awesome!) and Days Inn was very accommodating. We all took over the breakfast room at night, ordered in pizza and stayed up talking fairly late. When we didn't have a corkscrew, the staff member at the desk called his wife and she brought one in! The next morning they let us all be in the conference room with breakfast (probably mostly to let other guests eat breakfast) but it was really great! We stayed there until checkout and everyone started leaving. Bed was very comfortable, 2 doubles, not queens but I know there were rooms with kings, so maybe just bad luck. Double was perfect for me, but sharing with my sister would have been tight, so we pawned off the brother on the parents room ;)
We were only there for a couple hours. Russell was at the desk and he was very attentive and kind. The whole place was super clean.
Great place! Dog friendly, free WiFi, free breakfast and HBO! Very clean and friendly too!
But the Chino Valley Days Inn is outstanding, as nice as any other motels I have stayed in for work. Comfortable beds, decent showers and the staff is very friendly and helpful. So I give this place 5 stars, it's just a great place to stay!
Loved our stay here. Nice and quiet. Great breakfast. Only surprise was the lack of an elevator, which turned out fine b/c it became my cardio workout.
