my mother in law dropped off her chihuahua earlier today to get her teeth cleaned. she told them her chihuahua is a bit spoiled, they replied " we have XXX amount of years experience". then she got a call from 3 angels saying she had to meet them at the vet. they say the dog "fell" and hit her head and died. to top it all off, the vet stuck her with the bill... what a bunch of classless jerks!!!! nobody should ever have to go through this! i DO NOT recommend this place to anyone who loves their pet.
My grumpy old lady was in desperate need of some TLC! It was obvious Mrs Francis was treated with kindness and compassion, as she was relaxed, even after many hours of primping. Thank you for your patience and understanding! Highly recommend!

I have had five dogs that needed grooming since 1978. Over the years I have had almost a dozen different groomers in four cities. . This groomer is the best groomer I have ever experienced. I was hesitant after reading the reviews but my friends who take their dogs to her, encouraged me and I am glad I did. The nails were cut way back, she did a summer cut and she did a excellent job. She is expensive but you get what you pay for.
I took my Golden Retriever here after a recommendation of friends who live in Prescott. What a great job was done on my dogs teeth...remarkable and all without the stress of anesthesia. The cost was a small fraction of the estimate from my vet here in Cave Creek and the 100 mile drive to chino Valley was well worth it...my dog was totally relaxed. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!
What a nightmare. You don't walk away from the grooming table to answer the damn phone leaving a dog unattended. UNACCEPTABLE. You shouldn't be in business.
