Terrible customer service. Forgot the stupid pink slip for a package. Where is the "small town" community? Its never been an issue before and now its mandatory? From now on I will always pay for UPS, FedEx, basically ANYTHING but USPS.
I go to this post office fairly often. The postal employees are always friendly and extremely helpful. Always a very pleasant experience.
Good staff low wait times fast service.
I just did a free trail of Amazon Prime and this post office is AMAZING at getting my stuff to me! And always able to track it! In my home town (montana) packages would usually get lost and not be able to track I've waited for many days! They are Rockstar here always above my expectations!
I would rate it 0 out of 5 stars if that was an option and not just this post office, but every post office in general. 80% of the time the customer service is lousy in a beuacratic fashion and delivery methods used are in efficient and archaic. It is sad that a government issued ID card (I.e. drivers license) and the tracking number for the package is not considered a valid form of ID to pick up a package that you know is sitting in the back because the tracking, which is the most efficient part of the service, says the package is there, but you have not yet received the little pink pickup slip in your mailbox. I guess it just goes back to the age old truth "you get what you pay for".
