Well, I moved out of my unit today. It was storage that I accessed several times in the tow plus years I was there. The unit and the grounds were are always immaculate. Not sign of rodents or other pests were ever seen. The people are helpful all the time and I even feel sort of sad to be leaving! Thank you!
Since they have the highest prices of any storage facility in Chino Valley and are the the only one to have a non refundable $20 move in charge...Why is it called "Budget?"
Budget Mini Storage in Chino is awesome. The manager is a very nice lady and very helpful. I am sorry that I moved and cant take this place with me. You definitely get good value for the price here.
