Our food was great or margaritas were great and our waitress was just wonderful served in a very timely matter .
We eat here quite often as the food is pretty good Mexican food and very good service have great margaritas happy hour. The chips are hard for me to eat but the salsa is really good. We are always greeted with a smile when we coming in as we know most of the staff. All always seated right way and brought chips and Salsas instantly. This place is good for families. We think the menu prices are a little high for Chino Valley. Never disappointed with our food or service
Terrible experience. Ordered Fajitas dinner to go which cost $15.99. Got home to find a container with a small amount of meat with onions & peppers, 2 tortillas and a container of lettuce & cheese. Nothing else, no rice or beans. I drive all the way back to the restaurant to find out it doesn't come with rice, just beans. They gave me a very tiny container of beans for my trouble. Unbelievable! I will not go back! By the way, the meat was not good. Disappointed!
Great food and clean. Wait staff always welcoming and I highly recommend. Relaxing too..
Arturo's has a believe two locations, each of which my family and I have dined at both resulting in full tummies and big grins. The food at either is great, The staffs are accommodating and friendly, but my favorite is the Chino Valley location. I believe this location has an edge over the other no disrespect to the Prescott restaurant, if the reader of this review should choose either I am sure you and your group shall enjoy yourselves. Sadly due to the owners views toward those with special needs (Those whom must use Service Animals, due to emotional trauma) I no longer feel comfortable dining at either of these great restaurants. The loss is mine alone, I will find another establishment that will work with my family and myself. But if the reader if so inclined, I feel as food and dining experience as a whole is considered you will be very happy. Please be advised I bear Mr. Arturo no ill will, I wish his family, himself and his delicious enterprise well, but I am greatly disappointed, and surprised.
