For a fast food joint, their food is
2.) Don't eat the chicken strips, just don't! They're so gross. Dry, harder than concrete, and cold. Worst chicken strips ever.
Very prompt service and cleanly restrooms. I've never eaten anything that tasted bad here.
Ordered chicken strips. They came out almost immediately and we're hands down the worst chicken strips I have ever received. They were dry, tough, and basically cold. They had obviously been made and sitting in a warming drawer for a long long time. Long enough they should have been thrown out rather than served. I ended up throwing three out of the five out. My dog liked them, but he'll eat anything. The Sonic near me back in California had terrible food but great drinks, I assumed it was just that Drive-In but apparently it's chain wide. Won't make that mistake again.
1. First and foremost, the ONLY reason they're getting 4 stars is because of the female manager sara, she is so nice, handles all our problems. We've had to talk to her a few times now and she has always fixed the problem and been super apologetic. She's even went out of her way for us. Above and beyond great customer service. Thank you! If it wasn't for you sonic would no longer have our business (and they get quite a bit of it)
Other than that, the drive thru is fast, not a big fan of their food but their drinks are good (when made right) I encourage anyone who has any problems to contact the manager.
3.) There's a girl who works drive through she has short brown hair, absolutely rude. Little to no interaction, when asked for something she rudely closed the drive thru doors on us and we saw her throwing her hands up in the air (like we were such a huge inconvenience to her) then, had her co worker bring over what we asked for. Idk if she was having a bad day that day so I didn't want to judge her based on one experience (even though her job is to be nice to her customers) then, 3 other times we've been there and she's worked drive thru, same attitude, like we're a huge burden on her. It is your job to service the customer, I've worked in customer service a lot! I know how frustrating it can be, but I've never ever treated a customer badly, or took out my frustration on them. Without customers you would have no job. We try not to be too needy and we've in fact left without straws, spoons, etc just so we don't have to inconvenience employees. We rarely ask for anything and we're always very polite.

Great smile, cheerful worker, food was ok too. It's all about customer service.
